I was in no way disappointed and this additional treatment is testament to Nicola's continuing enthusiasm to increase her knowledge and skills. This holistic massage treatment around the body using alternate hot and cold stones and crystals stimulates the senses in a very relaxing and sublime way. My lymphatics were cleansed, I have a wonderful restful sleep that evening and have been filled with energy, motivation and peace ever since. This is holistic therapy at its best!
